It is a beautiful/comfortable condo with a fabulous oceanfront balcony featuring a dining table and chairs and a chaise lounge. There is a modern kitchen with Corian counters and all new appliances and cookware. The unit has central air, washer and dryer, 1 1/2 baths, easy access to elevator. There is a heated oceanfront pool and public changing facilities on the first floor. The building is conveniently located to area markets and restaurants.
