The Blue Wave Cottage is located 2 blocks from the beach, less than one block from the river and park. This property is brand new to the vacation rental market and boasts all new furniture and linens. It is decorated in blue and white and is very 'beachy.' The home is great as a romantic getaway! Seaside is also a perfect family destination with lots to do for all ages.

Wonderfully cozy house in a great location! Crabbing just a block a way and the beach only a short walk. Our kids won't soon forget it and are already asking to go back.

Owners were great to deal with.

This property was FABULOUS!! Everything on the website is accurate -- the house is soo clean and very well stocked. The owners provide 2 huge binders with Seaside and surronding area attractions - which was great as a first time visitor. I can't rave about the house enough - it was great. The location is also good - crabbing on the river a block away and the promenade just a short walk. I sincerely recommend this property to any family and I would, without question, stay again.
