This home beckons you to come relax in the lanai with a cool beverage by your side or unwind in the hot tub after an active day. This is Florida living at it's best! Situated on palm tree lined SW 57th Street, across from the Tarpon Point Development, you're sure to enjoy this lovely area. Jump on 1 of 2 bikes provided or stroll down the sidewalks. Traffic is not a problem here. Boat rental is available at conveniently located Tarpon Point Marina. Just ten minutes by boat with one bridge to pass & you'll be in the gulf waters. A two mile car drive takes you to the Cape Harbor Development for waterside dining, open air music entertainment and a variety of shops and services.
