This recently totally renovated end unit town home is outstandingly beautiful with its crisp clean lines and furnishings. The main floor is an open plan that extends to the deck overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances and all the equipment you would need for gourmet cooking. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The third floor has 2 more bedrooms. The larger bedroom on the third floor can be converted to a king bed if desired. Delaporte Point is a quiet residential area away from the touristy areas of Nassau yet it is on the bus line to take you to town should you desire or you can rent a car. Nice restaurants are just a short distance away. This gated community has two swimming pools and a beach with awesome snorkeling. I have been to the Bahamas multiple times over the past 5 years and from this point forward; this will be the only place I wish to stay. Perfect for a "couples only" get away or for the family with kids. This townhouse is beautifully renovated and is situated on an ideal part of the island. Ten minutes from the airport, this quiet complex is the essence of the Bahamas. Stroll the beach, take a swim and watch the sunsets from the deck. It's a taste of "Margaritaville" in the islands.

We stayed here in April and the place is fantastic!!! Great views, close to the pool, which is right off of the deck. They have thought of everything. There are games for the kids, televisions on every floor with a DVR on the main floor. The kitchen has everything you need to makes any kind of meal. There is room for entertaining and the complex is very safe and friendly. It so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. We would highly recommend this place and we will definately be back.
