Our apartment is located in an ancient romantic stone farmhouse. It situated quietly amidst a hilly green renaissance landscape with a unique view of the distant Tiber valley. Lago di Bolsana is just 20 minutes away. A large gymnastics hall is available for use.

sehr schöne Lage, romantisch und lauschiges Plätzchen für alle, die Ihre Ruhe vom Alltagsstress suchen, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Maria betreut ausgezeichnet und bietet kulturelle und sportliche Aktivitäten. Bedingung: Auto

Zum zweiten Mal: einfach nur gut!

Wir sind wiedergekommen, und auch unser zweiter Besuch war wunderschön: schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger, grüner Umgebung. Maria und Gianni sind aufmerksame, freundliche Gastgeber.
Man kann es nur wiederholen: die Wirklichkeit von Podere Procino ist noch schöner und besser, als es der Katalog beschreibt und abbildet. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Domizil abseits der Touristenströme und gleichzeitig nahe bei tourisitischen "highlights" wie Orvieto und dem Bolsenasee. Die Anfahrt ist unproblematisch und gut ausgeschildert,
Wir werden auch ein drittes Mal kommen!

IDEAL ZUM ENTSPANNEN

Wir verbrachten wieder, schon zum dritten mal, einen schönen Urlaub auf dem Gut "Podere Porcino.
Die ersten Tage benutzten wir zum abschalten, dann gab uns Maria wieder ein paar gute Tipps, was wir uns noch anschauen könnten.
Es war, wie immer, ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub.

Ideal zum Ausspannen

Wir waren das erste Mal hier und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine schöne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit gut ausgestattetem freistehendem Küchenblock. Die bis zum Boden reichende Fensterfront lässt sehr viel Licht herein und der Garten mit Esstisch kann quasi als verlängerter Wohnraum genutzt werden.

Die Aussicht vom Grundstück runter in das Tal ist wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, in einer tollen Landschaft. Auch ist die gesamte Umgebung mit Castiglion in Teverina und Civitella d’Agliano noch nicht vom Massentourismus entdeckt. Andererseits liegt Rom gerade mal eine Zugstunde entfernt.

Es gibt sehr guten und auch preisgünstigen Wein aus der Gegend. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Ausflugszielen und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wir waren hauptsächlich zum Radfahren da, die Strecken sind sehr schön, aber auch durchaus anspruchsvoll mit vielen Höhenmetern.

Maria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die unsere Fragen mit vielen guten Tipps und Anregungen beantwortet hat und außerdem sehr nett, interessant und unkompliziert ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl, gefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

Eine Wohnung im Garten

Wir waren schon einige Male im Podere Porcino und nehmen immer diese Wohnung in der man das Gefuehl hat im Gaqrten zu sein, da es eine einzige Fensterfront gibt. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Schoene Bilder gibt es. Es gefaellt uns sehr.
Ausserdem finden wir die Beziehung mit Maria und Gianni super und sind richtige Freunde geworden. Maria kocht ausgezeichnet!
Sie gibt uns auch die Besten Tips und kennt alle Feste und weiss um alle Veranstaltungen. Wir koennen die Wohnung nur empfehlen
