Comfy house for up to 12:
The house will accommodate 8-12 guests comfortably in 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The main living area, powder room, master suite are located on the second floor. Enjoy views from the huge windows, a brick domed ceiling, lots of comfortable seating and Direct TV. The dining room seats 8 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. The large kitchen has granite counter tops and ample counter and cabinet space. The laundry room is conveniently located by the kitchen and is equipped with a washer and dryer and sink. The master suite has a king sized bed, a sofa, chaise and television, huge view windows with access to the terrace. Downstairs, off the garage you will find another master with Queen bed, private bathroom and patio doors. The other two spacious bedrooms share a large bathroom, One has a king-sized bed and the other is equipped with bunk beds and a queen sized bed. Both of these rooms also open on to the downstairs patio.
Sidewalk to the beach:
The beach is just a short walk from the house. There is a sidewalk that leads right to the private entrance. As you walk through the beach entrance your breath will be taken away by the view. The turquoise water is so inviting, just set up some chairs and an umbrella and jump right in. You can snorkel right off the beach. Kayaking is very popular in this bay as well as sailboarding, skiing and wakeboarding. Walk down to the end of the neighborhood to go shelling. As evening rolls around you will want to experience the sunset from the beach as well as the rooftop Palapa. San Carlos sunsets are an incredible display of color so don't forget your camera.
Sites and Recreation:
The rental shops in San Carlos offer kayaks jet skis, quads etc. You can go out deep sea fishing with a local charter, scuba dive off San Pedro island with the sea lions, enjoy a margarita evening cruise or just sit on one of the terraces and watch the sunset. The San Carlos Hotel, just a short drive down the road offers many recreational rentals such as jet skis, banana tube rides sail boards and even horseback riding on the beach. There are many restaurants, night clubs, a Golf course, Bowling Alley and shops in town to keep you busy when you are not in the water. Take the scenic highway toward Miramar and go to the Dolphinario where you can swim with Dophins or take in a sealion show. Don't miss the pearl farm at the university in Guaymas you can take a tour or buy beautiful jewelry. There is always something going on in the area whether it is a beach concert featuring Mark Mulligan or a shrimp festival at the docks in Guaymas.
