We offer 100 sq. meters of space in which to feel at home. There are two terraces for sunning and relaxing, a 350 sq. meters garden and a quiet location on a gracht at the end of a small side street. Our villa park also offers a subtropical pool, a sauna, tennis courts, a golf course and playgrounds. Restaurants and the sea are 800 meters away.

Urlaub - so persönlich wie bei Freunden !

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in einer Unterkunft, bei der man das Gefühl hatte, man ist bei Freunden untergebracht!!!
Angefangen von einer prompten, freundlichen Email-Kommunikation über die gut funktionierende Schüsselübergabe bis hin zur Ankunft in einem schnuckeligen Feriendorf - alles hat gepasst.
Die "Emma" liegt völlig ruhig an einer wunderschönen Gracht, umgeben von einem gepflegten Garten. Das Haus ist 1. mit allem Notwendigen, 2. mit allem was man VIELLEICHT benötigen könnte und 3. mit "...Ach schau mal! Das gibts hier ja auch!..." ausgestattet.
Jeden Morgen kamen einige Enten in den Garten gewatschelt und erhielten ein zweites Frühstück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bankomat, eine sehr schöne Minigolf-Anlage, Bowl-Bahn, Schwimmbad, Golf uvm. sind in nahem Umfeld. Die Holländer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Strand sauber mit nettem Restaurant, keine Liegestühle / Schirme. Viele interessante Unternehmungen sind möglich, die - natürlich! - im Haus fein säuberlich in einem Ordner abgelegt sind. Deutsches Fernsehen; Radio, CD, DVD, Fön, Waschmaschine / Trockner, super leiser Geschirrspüler (nur Tabs mitbringen!), gepflegter Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, das richtig Eiswürfel friert, Backofen, Nähzeug, Bücher, Platzsetz, Tischdecken incl. Beschwerer, alles mögliche an Geschirr, Töpfen, div. Brotkörbe, Kaffeemaschine m. Thermoskanne, Wasserkocher, Toaster .... uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Und das alles in sehr gemütlicher geschmackvoller Atmosphäre.

Dieses Haus besitzt eine äußerst liebevolle Einrichtung und garantiert eine absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, schön aufgeteilt und dazu sehr geräumig. Von Auflaufformen bis hin zu Spülmaschinen-tabs oder Literatur fehlt einem wirklich nichts.Bei unserem Ankunftstag war das Haus vorgeheizt,was wir bislang noch nie erlebt haben. Auch die Umgebung lädt zu entspannten Tagen ein. Der Weg zum Strand ist schnell erkundet,so daß einem ausgiebigem Spaziergang nichts im Wege steht. Nahe gelegen ist auch das wunder-schöne Städtchen Kalantsoog. Die Wegbeschreibung oder Schlüsselübergabe ist perfekt durchdacht und zuverlässig. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf ent-spannte,ruhige Tage in diesem Feriendomiziel...
