The 'Villa' is an independent seafront villa situated in Reggio di Calabria, a city famous worldwide for its 'Bronzi di Riace' and its wonderful waterfront. More importantly this villa is located only 50 meters from the beach where you can enjoy the great Ionian Sea. It is well connected to all areas of Calabria by the airport of Reggio Calabria, which is only 5 km away and by the railway station. You can enjoy the beach, the restaurants and the shops that are very near to the estate. The Villa is structured on four levels for a total of approximately 300 square meters. The Villa also includes a garden and parking. You will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room (with 500 tv channels) that has an exit to large balconies, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with an amazing view of the sea. The Villa is structured on four levels for a total of approximately 270 square meters. The Villa also includes a garden and parking. You will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room (with TV) that has an exit to a large balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with an amazing view of the sea that is considered perfect for relaxing and taking in the sun. The rooms are spacious and full of light. We provide free internet connection 24 hours a day and, if required, a laptop for your disposal. You will find also a washer.

Prices are considered all inclusive without any hidden cost. We have special discounts if you reserve the house two months in advance and if your stay will be longer than a week. Feel free to contact us. If you wish an inexpensive stay in the heart of Calabria and in front of the sea, San Peter and Paul's house in Calabria is undoubtedly the best choice. This is a lovely Villa , which is ideal for a large family. We are a family of 6 adults and 2 small children and there was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our own space. The Villa is safe for children and there was plenty of room to play on the balconies, garden and terraces. We based ourselves at the Villa and visited San Ferdinandi, Scilla, Aspromonte, Africo, Locri, and Reggio and also spent time in Pellaro.
As a large family, we shopped locally, cooked and ate our meals in the large family kitchen. In the evenings we enjoyed the air on the roof terrace, enjoying the view of Sicily by night.
I recommend the Villa for those travelling as a family. We felt very comfortable based at the Villa.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
