Photos and Description of this Venice Beach holiday 1 bedroom, one bathrm, sleeps 4 (2 in Queen upper loft + 2 on Sofabed downstairs

This is a beautiful 'Provincial Style' loft apartment, featuring a gorgeous wrought iron stairway to a sleeping loft with large windows and a skylight. Amenities include 50' HDTV with cable and DVD, comfortable queen bed in the upper loft, plus a queen sofa bed and love seat on the ground floor. There is a dining table that seats 6, an I-pod dock, WiFi, very high ceilings and air conditioning. There is a lovely brick patio just outside the back door with a pond/fountain and dining area with barbecue. We have 5-bicycles!, 2-adult , 2-children's and a bicycle built for 2.

Wonderful time at Witzend

My husband and I spent 8 nights here in August. We had looked at too many rentals and finally chose this one because of it's location and price. We were more than pleased with our decision! The studio was so comfortable and located near everything we needed. Although we never took advantage of the bicycles, we did enjoy a couple of walks to the beach. We also enjoyed a few visits from Alice, the cat that lives at Witzend. Jeb was so easy to work with and made us feel at home. We go to the LA area to visit our daughter and look forward to returning to Witzend in the future.

We had a wonderful time at witzend we stayed 5 nights. The location was great to get to Santa Monica, Venice Beach and LA. The place had all the amenities and was terrific. Jeb was a great host. thanks!

Great for romantic vacation

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful appartment. All I can say that the vacation was perfect in many respects due to comfort of the place and hospitality of the owner. Loved the interior, the coziness of which makes it a nice romantic getaway place. Special bonus was the tandem bike, it helped us to never go separate!

Great Time in Venice Beach

We had a great time spending 8 nights and 8 days. It is a very nice equipped studio. You can either stay there with one or two couples or as 2 friends (like us) because of the bed upstairs and the sofabed. If you like having an early coffee or having selfmade breakfast everything needed is there. Good supermarkets are in walking distance. Everydays walk to the beach or the morning run lets you explore the environment. Short driving distance to all the other beaches or San Diego, Hollywood, Palm Springs, Santa Barbara etc... We had seen other rentals before we finally decided on this one and it was more than what we had hoped for, and reasonably priced!

No need for a car, supermarket & clothing stores within walking distance..

Sweet owners, lovely animals.. Rabbits. Elated! Highly recommend it!
