This waterfront home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and will comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Great colorful new home neat as a pin waiting for someone to enjoy it!! Super location on Little Torch Key with deep water canal and no bridges to the Atlantic Ocean. Direct access to Pine Channel where you can go directly past Little Palm Island and right out to the ocean or just seconds the other way to the Bay for great flats fishing. After a good day of fishing, diving, snorkeling or water fun, relax on the screen porch while the sun sets. 30 miles from Key West for all kinds of entertainment and Key West color and characters. Also many good local restaurants and tiki bars if you wish to stay closer to home. Whatever Florida Keys fun you are here for - it will be much better in Jabe's Joy!!     Monroe County, Florida 28 Day Rule.
    The Monroe County Board of Commissioners has voted to disallow short-term rentals in most residential neighborhoods. This means we are no longer allowed to rent these homes on a weekly basis and can only rent for periods of 28 days or more to no more than one party.
    Peak Season Dates
    Peak Season: Runs from mid-December through March 31st and July & August for Lobster Season.
    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation inside 60 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full payment. Cancellation outside of 60 days is subject to 25% forfeiture. If owner or agents are able to rebook the premises, tenant will receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Please notify us as soon as possible of cancellation and a WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
