Ideal for Golf Vacations in Spring, Summer, and Fall and Ski Vacations in Winter. Luxury 4 Bedroom, Townhome located on the Rio Grande Championship Golf Course and Rio Grande River. Unit has private yard with picnic area. Also has view of the Rio Grande Golf Course, river, and mountains. This spacious end unit (3D) has large Kitchen and Dining area with room for gathering. 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (1)King, (1) Queen, (2) Fulls and (2) Twins. All bedrooms have big closets. The unit sleeps 8 in beds and 10 with the pullout Queen sleeper sofa. The unit is fully equipped with all you need for families and large groups. The dining table seats 8 comfortably with extra seating at the island. The large kitchen has granite countertops and lots of working space. Turn on the gas fireplace in the winter and enjoy the view of the golf course, river and mountains!
