First floor apartment (w/ attached 1 car garage) includes fully equipped kitchen. Master has king bed, with private bath. 2nd Bedroom has queen bed. 3rd Bedroom has 2 twin beds. Queen sofa bed in living room. Both bathrooms have large garden tubs. Luxurious bed linens - 1000 thread count sheets! Dining area seats 8. Provided that the rental has no damages after cleaning and inspection, we will refund deposit in full. No smoking, no pets or wild parties, please.

Availability: We have 2 apartments in Dallas that we mainly use for our employees, clients, etc. When they are not in use, we lease them as vacation rentals. We have included pictures of both. The main difference between the 2 are that one has granite countertops in the kitchen, while the other has a fireplace. Otherwise, the amenities/features are essentially the same - the layouts are just a bit different. One is about a mile to Love Field Airport, while the other is about 8 miles away. We determine which apartment you get based on availability.

A perfect home base for a Dallas vacation

This was an ideal place to stay while our family attended several events at the State Fair of Texas. The apartment is spacious, meticulously clean, and beautifully furnished. It was only a few minutes from the fair, as well as close to downtown, Northpark, and lots of other great spots.

We prepared several of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. There are plenty of dishes and glassware, as well as excellent cookware.

The pool area was great, the surroundings quiet, and we felt secure in this gated apartment community with on-site security patrols.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this property 10 stars for convenience, comfort,cleanliness, and value.

Great Place, Great Location

Our family and friends stayed at the apartment and had a great time. Close to State Fair and Galleria shopping. Everybody had lots of room and TVs. Nice and clean, very comfortable bedding!!!! We also felt very secure in the location. Just like home away from home. Grocery shopping was also very close.

Close to everything!

Our family enjoyed the visit to TX and this property was exactly as it says, close to everything! It is very accessible to most any major highway and the mgt. company makes the entire process very simple and painless! We never heard planes or traffic! The garage is a tight squeeze! There is a very nice grocery store just around the corner, less than 2 miles! Everything you would need and more awaits you in a clean nicely decorated unit, even cereal and coffee! Be sure and grab some milk on your way in! Starbucks is right around the corner! The flight museum at Love Field was close and nice to visit. The upstairs neighbors get a little noisy around 7 am but that is normal for apartment living. The security gate was not as secure as it could have been but we never had any issue getting in or out of the gate. We would love to rent again in this location and thru this property Mgt. team. Overall, this was an excellent rental experience.

Perfect Place for a Dallas Vacation!

My family has been to all 50 states and 13 countries, and we found this property to be one of the best we have ever stayed in! There were so many perks provided to make our stay comfortable. The owners had even left four different kinds of cereal for our breakfast plus kitchen basics like seasonings, sugar, peanut butter, etc!! We especially loved having two thermostats because our children like sleeping in a cooler bedroom than we do.

The area is quiet (don't let the close proximity of Love Airport worry you because we never heard an airplane inside) and very centrally located so that sightseeing was easy. There are many great restaurants to choose from nearby.

It was such a luxury to have the attached garage! Since the temperature got up to 106 one day, it was wonderful to have a cool car to start our touring. There is only one caution that I can think of -- the garage is small so don't bring a vehicle that is too wide. Our van did fit in there just fine, but we were concerned that our Silverado Crew Cab truck would have been a very tight sqeeze.

Overall, I can't say enough about this property or the accommodating owners. You will love staying here!
