Way Better than a hotel room! Full kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, maple cabinets and granite countertops. Dishes, seasonings, coffee, the works! Unit is beautifully decorated with Dark wood furnishing, leather couch, flat screen TV's in every room. Cable, telephone, Wi-Fi, all included. Soft luxury linens and wonderful mattresses provide the comfort of home. Overlooks two on site tennis courts and a pool with mature landscape. Just a walk downstairs and you will find jacuzzis, BBQ pits, state of the art fitness center, club house, racquetball court, basketball court, sauna, and complete office center. Take a little trip out the back gate and find yourself walking in the back door of the Flamingo Hilton or Harrahs or the Venetian.

Location: The Meridian Condo is a Luxury Condo, on Corner of Koval and Flamingo. Walking distance to Wynn, Bellagio, Caesar's, Flamingo, Venetian. Also many fine Restaurants in walking distance, Morton's Steak House, Lawry's Prime Rib, Ruth Chris, and I recommend Del Frisco's

Amenities : Great work out facility, Nice big pool and sunning area, Racquetball, Tennis. We have security manned entry gates. Then enter into our under ground parking with another security gate, park and take elevator to the 4th floor and you are 30 feet from your front door. Two bedroom, luxury condo, cable, free wifi, washer dryer.

View: Mountains, Strip, Partial pool view and you over looks the tennis courts.

Other Activities: Poker, Gambling, Las Vegas Strip entertainment , convention center, sands expo, hotel,

We found the condo clean, well equipped & met all of our expectations. The condo was centrally located, facilities were good & the security staff helpful & friendly. The owner was very prompt in attending to our needs.

From the time I called the owner he has been nothing but pleasant. He answered all of my questions and had very timely responses. To top it all off the place looks wonderful. The pictures does nothing for the actual experience.. If you are in Vegas you must stay here. Place is clean, amenities are wonderful and very close to the strip walking distance 2 min away
