Beautiful new beach home w/ porches from all rooms offering gulf, bay , lake views! Very open family living space with lots of seating in the family room, dining area and breakfast bar. Tile and hardwood floors throughout! Great home for several couples or a large family as all bedrooms have a private bath. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main floor; both are queen beds. Upstairs is the main living area and the master bedroom. The family room, dining area and kitchen w/ breakfast bar are all open for wonderful family time together. Dining table seats 6 w/ 4 stools at the breakfast bar! Lots of windows and French doors! Lovely covered porches where you will spend hours of time outdoors! You can fish from your back porch on Lake Colby and enjoy sunset views from the double front porches!
