Perfect Golf Weekend

I don’t normally post reviews, but we had such an absolutely perfect weekend staying at this beautiful house, that I felt I should.

Everything was as advertised (no pictures taken from ladders in the corner of a room, etc.) The house was clean, well kept, and very unique. The owner has a great style and there was no doubt that you weren't staying at a bland, vanilla hotel. We spent most of the time in the pool and in-front of the giant high def projection TV.

The first morning our group was there, Virginia made a fabulous tex-mex breakfast for us, talk about Southern hospitably! The owner knew we were there for golf and left us a welcome gift of balls, tees and brochures. Another great welcome surprise!

All in all, it was an amazing weekend at a perfect location. Highly, highly recommended. We'll be back!

We had a really big group of people for my daughters wedding in San Antonio, this house more than met our needs. While I didn't get time to use the sauna in the master bathroom due to all of the running around I had to do for the wedding, our family and friends enjoyed the pool on an almost daily basis. I stayed afraid for my grandsons, but they are two so anytime you put them near a staircase I start freaking out. I would have had a more relaxed time if it wasn't for the little ones and my fears of children and staircases together.

Sheila and Virginia were great and went out of their way to make us feel at home. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is your place.
