This is a Beautiful Log cabin on a Hillside. The views are great. The horse pens and Barn are just below the house. It has a wood stove in the living area, with a big dining table for meals & games. This log home sits on a nice 35 acre lot. Wrap around deck with covered front porch. Bring your horses/pets/ATV's!! This cabin has got miles and miles of PIke National Forest Trails, whether you want to hike, ATV, ride your horses - all is within 15 minutes of the cabin. The barn has four stalls, two of which have runs off of them. There is also a outdoor riding arena type area - or use it as a large paddock. This home includes 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed and two Double Futons. Nice wood burning stove to keep the chill off in the evenings. AND I ALMOST FORGOT - THIS CABIN IS WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF 11-MILE AND SPINNEY MOUNTAIN RESERVOIRS. OR HEAD TO THE ROYAL GORGE, CANON CITY AREA AND EXPERIENCE THE BEST WHITE WATER RAFTING COLORADO HAS TO OFFER. Elk Hunting anyone?

Guffey, CO - a very unique mountain town. The cabin is located 5 miles for town, where there are very good restaurants, cafes and bars, antique stores and even a post office. Centrally located between Canon City and Woodland Park. (45 minutes either direction). Enjoy the beautiful drive through the mountain valley.

Pike National Forest - ATV, Hiking, HOrses: The areas is minutes from Pike National Forest - where there are more trails then you can even cover. Bring or rent some ATV's. Hike till you drop. Or Bring your horses (rentals also available nearby). Property has a nice barn and corrals set up for your horses. And after a fun day of enjoying the great outdoors - head over to Cripple Creek (30-40)minutes away - our gaming town that also has some wonderful restaurants. Cripple Creek has a full day or two of exploring the old mines, and enjoying the scenery and many many other attractions.

Fishing and Hunting: This cabin is just 15 minutes from 11 Mile and Spinney Mountain Reservoirs, and the 11 Mile Canyon. Where some of Colorado's best fishing is found. The area is also surrounded by PIkes National Forest - in one of the favorite hunting areas are. Lots of Elk, Deer, Bear and Mountain Lion hunting.

Canon City - Royal Gorge - White Water Rafting: This cabin is about 35 minutes to US HWY 50 - where the best Colorado White Water Rafting can be experienced, and while you down there head over to the Royal Gorge Bridge.

Other Activities: You can ride your ATV'S on the national forest
