First visit to Ibiza!!

The view from the terrace is amazing and the photograph as above is accurate.
The property is clean and well maintained and the owners are very friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect for walking to Ibiza old town and the bars and restaurants around the bay are excellent the walk to those being only minutes away. Shopping for food was also trouble free.
As stated in the description the steps on the approach to the property are steep. It was quite difficult to drag our suitcases up the steps,however Greg and Angela were very helpful and I also think our suitcase were rather too heavy, having brought far too much gear!! The climb is worth the effort for the view and facilities in the property.
I would recommend this property to friends and hope to visit again sometime.
Good value for money.

very very nice place to stay!

Two of us stayed at this apartment for 9days in August. We took several steps to the house so we vould see the ocean from the terrace, and it's close by Ibiza town with cosy bedroom and living room, especially huge terrace where we could have lunch or just lay down on bench to get sun. The owner were very helpful for getting clean towel, giving us info of town, where to eat etc.. We definately had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Great apartment - amazing terrace!

My partner and I spent a fantastic week enjoying the amazing roof terrace with great views over the sea. Apartment was really nice, light and spacious with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Its in a quiet area about 10-15 mins walk to Ibiza town and 2 mins to the beach. Owners very friendly and welcoming. There is a great restaurant called soleado just a stone's through from the apartment - book one of the tables by the sea!

Das Appartment entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Vor Ort ist der Eindruck jedoch noch eindrucksvoller. Das Appartment war sehr gepflegt und somit konnte man sich direkt sehr wohl fühlen. Der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse ist in den Morgen- und Abendstunden extrem erholsam. Ein phantastischer Blick auf das Meer (wie auf dem Foto). Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben spontan sehr gute Tipps für den Urlaub gegeben. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. ... Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert.

hoffentlich hat sich was verbessert

Habe hier vor einigen Jahren Urlaub gemacht und hatte die schlechteste Ferienwohnung, die ich jemals durch fewo hatte. Spartanisch, schmuddelig und mit einem großen Renovierungsbedarf. Habe mich beschwert und danach wurde die Wonung tatsächlich von Grund auf renoviert. Zumindest lassen die Bilder diesen Schluß zu. Was aber auch der beste Malermeister nicht beseitigen kann, ist der Lärm. Unterhalb des Hügels, an dem das Haus liegt, verläuft eine relativ stark befahrene Strasse und die ist laut! Die Vermieter haben mir im Vorfeld auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage etwas anderes gesagt.....
Owner's Response: Die Ferienwohnung ist tatsächlich vollkommen modernisiert und sehr komplett ausgestattet - von der Küche wo Sie alles finden was Sie zum Kochen wie daheim brauchen, bis zu den zahlreichen Terrassenmöbeln, es fehlt nichts um es sich richtig gemütlich zu machen! Und unsere Strasse - keine Durchgangsstrasse - ist auch nicht laut: unsere Gäste heben immer wieder hervor, wie sehr sie gerade die ruhigen Stunden, sei es zum Frühstück, oder im Mondschein, auf unserer Terrasse genossen haben!
