Great (but chilly!) Myrtle Beach Vacation!

This was my first time visiting Myrtle Beach, and I think I chose the perfect condo. It was a great mix of hotel & condo.

The unit was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped (even though I chose not to use it too much!). The view from the balcony was wonderful. And it was really practical having a washer/dryer in the unit.

My kids enjoyed the swimming pools, and my daughter loved the kids activities (crafts) that took place daily in the pool area. All the resort staff were really friendly. The breakfast buffet in the resort was delicious.

The condo was close to everything (shopping, restaurants, attractions). I don't think we ever drove more than 15 minutes to get anywhere.

The condo owner was always friendly and quick to answer any concerns.

I can't wait to return!!!

Just a suggestion to anyone who goes during cold weather - bring something warm to wear to the pool because to have to walk outside a bit.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We loved this place!

This place is beautiful! We were very pleased at how much space we had - the bedrooms are updated and very large with flat screen TV's. We loved that the master also had a door to the balcony, which had a great view of the beach. Instead of overlooking another high rise neighbor, there were lovely beach houses beside us.
The kids really enjoyed the resort amenities - they enjoyed the water slides and lazy rivers every day (though I think the water could have been cleaner in that lazy river...). They had their faces painted and met a pirate with a live parrot one day. Throughout the resort, there was music piped in - I love relaxing to the tunes of Jack Johnson...
Everything was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this resort, and especially this unit - it was really clean and spacious - a home away from home for sure.
The only negatives I could think of is that you had to pay for a chair on the beach - like $30 per day! I would expect when I stay at a beach resort that there would be chairs for guests, but that's just me. Beyond that, there was a mean family that pounded on our giant sand penguin we worked so hard on - just want to mention that in case they read this review - you BIG MEANIES!

We would definitely go back again - there are so many places to stay in MB and we went and checked them all out....Most were not even close to being as nice to this place.

Just spoke to guest and told her that was the City Myrtle Beach she rented the chair from not the Dunes.

This statement is not true, guest rented chair from the city not the Dunes.

Fabulous Condo!!

Just got back from our trip to Myrtle Beach. This condo is awesome! New and sparkling clean with comfortable beds, nice kitchen, and large flat screen TVs in every room! The balcony off of the living room and master bedroom is great for having morning coffee or evening cocktails. You can also watch all the people down on the beach early in the morning or late at night looking for treasures! The location was perfect, not too crowded or noisy. Plenty of golf courses close by and a variety of restaurants, especially 3 very good Italian restaurants! :o)
Easy access to the beach too! The pool was great and the water park was lots of fun, even for the adults! I can't say enough good things about this condo. I would definitely go back and stay here again!
