This is a brand new 2 story, 3BR home in the brand new Terra Lago Development. The development is situated around man-made lakes for a wonderful, relaxing setting. There is 36 holes of golf at The Golf Club at Terra Lago (the old Landmark Course which was home to the Skins Game), boating on the lakes and gambling close by. This is a truly unique setting for the most relaxing vacation ever. Our home is designer decorated with your comfort in mind. You will not want for anything. The furnishings are comfortable and elegant, the kitchen has all amenities and of the highest quality. The bedrooms feature TV/DVD combos and the linens are all high quality, a minimum of 400 thread count. The master bedroom has a private balcony with views of the golf course and Chocolate Mountains. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with 2 twins that can be converted to a king upon request. We now have a brand new 10,000 square foot recreation center with gym and game rooms.
