This is an ideal house for entertaining with an open kitchen built for cooking but made for guests. Dining room, which seats 12 and kitchen share a wood fire place both opening up to front and rear covered porches. Kitchen island is perfect for informal entertaining. Professional grade appliances in kitchen include Viking range and second oven along with built in Refrigerator and beverage center. Living room also has own fireplace with open views of pool and secluded back yard. House was completely renovated in 2004 so all modern amenities are available. Set on a private flag lot 1 1/2 miles from Main Street, 2 miles from the ocean and south of the highway. Four bedrooms up and one bedroom on the first floor. Basement is partially finished for a perfect playroom for the kids. Master bedroom has a king sized bed with walk in closet large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Also has private balcony to back yard. Other bedroom upstairs include full bed and two rooms.

Also has private balcony to back yard. Other bedroom upstairs include full bed, and two rooms each with double twins, one of those also includes a crib. Downstairs has a queen and private bathroom. All room have cable TV while wifi works throughout the house. Over sized pool is fenced in with 1000 square feet of patio with pergola so water is available yet protected from children. We have four children of our own so safe fun has been considered throughout.
