Extremely well appointed two bedroom cottage with sleeping loft. Perfect location, in the hamlet of Wainscott, South of the Highway, conveniently located between Bridgehampton and East Hampton and close to the Jitney stop. About 1 mile to Wainscott Beach. House has central air, elegant furnishings, ample closet space and contemporary art. Free wireless internet and HD TV. Gourmet kitchen with eat-in dining area. Backyard has 20' x 40' heated gunite pool and a private lush garden and has lots of privacy. Walk or bike-ride to the beach. Quiet street, with no through traffic. Perfect for a romantic and relaxing get-away for one or two couples. Please note home is not childproofed. Dogs permitted with some conditions - please contact owner.
