This spacious and unique penthouse is almost 1,800 square feet and is located on the 22 floor of building 1. It is ocean front and steps from the beach. It is the only penthouse in the Playa Azul complex with a private ocean front balcony in each bedroom. The living room and dining areas have a 30 foot ocean front balcony. All the walls that face the ocean are floor to ceiling glass with sliding doors that allow you to open the areas to the ocean breeze, the sound of the crashing waves and a panoramic view of the crystal clear golden sand beach. The condo is decorated in a modern contemporary style and boast four flat screen LCD HD televisions. The three bedrooms have 42' flat screen televisions and the living room has a 52' screen . The TVs are mounted on the wall. The living room has a blueray DVD player, the bedrooms have VHS/DVD players.The condo is equipped with wireless high speed Internet as well as cable television. the kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances.

The Playa Azul Condos are located on the beautiful Playa Azul beach. the condo is on the 22 floor of building 1. To the left of the left of the condo is the world famous Luquillo beach which has the islands only handicapped beach access for wheelchairs. On Luquillo Beach you can view El Yunque , the tropical rainforest as you bath in the tranquil azul waters. To the right of the condos you can walk to 'la selba' (the jungle) beach. There are many restaurants and fast food stores in the area. You are within walking distance of the Amigo supermarket and Walgreens drugstore.

What a fabulous place!

Hi, Miriam:

My sisters and I returned from Puerto Rico this past weekend, and I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your beautiful condo. We had such a fabulous time there. The weather stayed near perfect for the duration of the trip. Your condo was perfect for our needs. Very nicely decorated, had all needed amenities, and the view is simply indescribable. Ernest at the management office was very friendly and efficient, as were all other staffers we met on the property. We ate at a different restaurant every night and NEVER had a bad meal. Amazing. La Parilla Restaurant is awesome. Five days was hardly enough time to do all the things we wanted to do, but it provided a powerful incentive for us to return.

Thanks again, Miriam, for allowing us to rent your condo. We definitely look forward to returning.

thank you for sharing your gorgeous home. My sisters and i took our
mother back to the island for her 75th birthday and staying at your
condo was the icing on the cake. I will never forget my mother's smile.
From the moment you arrive the view from every room takes your breath away. Thank you for allowing us to create such memories, PRICELESS!!! .Needless to say will definetly recommend this property to family and friends.

Once again, thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your beautiful home and allowing my family the opportunity to experience Puerto Rico in such a relaxing and wonderful way. Your penthouse condo is amazing! It's beautifully decorated, spacious, and has everything one could need - from beach chairs to a wide variety of books and videos to the blender to make the perfect pina colada to end a perfect day. We also enjoyed eating at the many restaurants you recommended and can't wait to return again next year.

Excellent

My family of five stayed at this wonderful condo for eight days in July. Every detail described for this unit is all true, Miriam has spent a great deal of time and effort to make this condo what it is, a true gem. All of the rooms were excellent, each of the bedrooms had it's own AC unit and ceiling fan which made for great comfort when sleeping. With a large family the full kitchen was very useful, groceries were purchased at the local supermarket (Amigos), two minutes away. The beach at Luquillo is only 3-5 minutes away and was fantastic. The Kioskos located at the beach made for excellent dining, just search around the area where the condo is located and you will find other good places to eat and not expensive at all. Iif you do book this condo do not fear anything as the pictures do not do justice until you are there personally. Miriam be blessed and we hope to go back next year.

Felt like home!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Playa Azul and the condo was exactly as described. We had a beautiful view of the water as well as the rain forest. The beach and the pool were easily accessible and the property was very secure.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The layout was great and provided ample space for us either to be all together or get some quiet time in the spacious bedrooms. Miriam was extremely helpful and answered all my questions plus had a good assortment of books, DVDs and games to keep us entertained. We took the ferry to Flamenco Beach and it felt just like home packing up the cooler, the boogie boards, etc that were available for our use.

I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends - although it is outside of San Juan and a car in needed (directions provided and easy to find) it was a great location for our family to settle while in Puerto Rico for a family wedding (3 bathrooms definitely were a plus). We had 6 adults and they all spoke highly about where we were staying when we were out and about doing site-seeing or attending family functions.

Thank you Miriam for providing the little amenities that made are trip memorable.
