This is a country house that has all the facilities. The house is placed at Las Delicias Community, just at 5 min. from Montezuma Beach, And 20 minutes from Santa Teresa and Mal país beaches,a great location for surfers,and nature lovers. The house has air conditioned, TV, swimming pool, BBQ, Hammocks, completely furnished Kitchen, terrace, big living room, studio, great privacy, and it's completely surrounded by trees, that provides a great freshness to the whole house, most of all this is a country house. the house has capacity for six persons sleeping on beds, but much more people can be arranged on the large couches of the living room, or they can even sleep on the hammocks!. Definitely this house is great for your vacations. Area Description the house is surrounded by a 6300 squared-meters area, full of fruit trees, such as orange, grapefruit, lime, nance, and guava trees, and it is pretty close of a creek that finishes in a lake where you can go fishing.

The house is surrounded by a 6300 squared-meters private area, full of fruity trees, such as orange, grapefruit, lime, nance, guayaba, and other species, and also it has a wide space for being used as a parking lot, the property is placed next to a small creek, and a lake, that provides a beautiful view. The house even has its own corral, and across the street from the house you can find a stable where you can meet veeery friendly people and ask for a horseback riding!!! We do suggest to all the possible renters to get a vehicle for getting to the house, because, even if the house is pretty close to the downtown of Montezuma (around one mile far) the road has a pretty tough hill, so walking it its pretty tiring.

  • For the payment of the house rental you will have to cancel the 50% of the total amount forward, through an international money deposit (details will be given by the time you make the inquiry), the rest of the money will be paid in cash by the time the keys of the house are given to you, also by this time you will have to pay a security deposit of $200, that will cover any damage caused to the property. In case nothing happens, it will be given back to you by the time you leave the house.
