Make plans for next winter! This neighborhood has a very active social group and tennis. This bright and fun Sea Woods condo has all new furniture and flooring. The colors and artwork are bright and happy. Family room has TV with cable, ceiling fan and leather sectional sleeper sofa with 2 reclining chairs. The sleeper sofa folds out to a Queen sized bed. The dining room has maple table with leaf and chairs that can seat 6. There is also a wonderful, cheerful bar for serving a cool beach cocktail. Kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and more. The kitchen has everything a cook needs for making great meals and for entertaining. There are full-sized washer and dryer inside to help minimize your packing. The porch is tiled and complete with table and chairs - a great place to drink your morning coffee and feel the soothing ocean breezes.

The bathroom has separate areas for privacy between the shower and second sink. The master bedroom has TV, ceiling fan, King sized bed with brand new memory foam topper, desk, and two beautiful maple dressers with lots of drawer storage. Bright and happy colors at every turn. Phone has unlimited domestic long distance. Sea Woods is a large, natural complex across A1A from the beach. (South Atlantic Ave.) It is just south of the Food Lion. There is a nice public walkover across from the neighborhood entrance leading directly to the beach. There is no driving allowed on this section of the beach to increase your relaxation. No need to watch out for cars!

Condo is equipped with beautiful tropical dinnerware, clean, colorful bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, iron, and hair dryer. Everything about this condo feels new and sparkling clean. You'll feel happy the moment you walk in the door. In order to keep it pristine, No pets or smoking are allowed in this condo.

Amenities: Sea Woods is a large, natural complex with over 50 acres and many ways to enjoy the outdoors and unwind. There are beautiful, winding tree-shaded trails for biking or walking, or jogging. There is even a grocery store within a good walk's distance. Additionally, there are 3 sparkling pools. One is heated during the cooler months. There is a complete workout room and sauna. Sea Woods has 4 fabulous tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, and a shuffleboard court. Sea Woods has a very active social calendar. Across A1A from the entrance to Sea Woods, you will find a walkover to take you directly onto the sugary, white sands of New Smyrna Beach.

The condo is just like the pictures: bright colors, a happy attitude and a fun place. The condo is well-equipped with quality furniture, and well stocked with kitchen equipment. There is a full set of knives that are sharp and the dishware is good quality and abundant. There are good functional pots and pans, with and without non-stick surfaces, and not 50 cent yard sale stuff. Unlike other condos we have rented, this condo was nicely decorated and filled with things purchased for the place instead of shabby 1980s grandma and yard sale stuff. Sea Woods is a very nice complex with well-tended grounds, quiet and clean, and beach access is an easy short walk away. The beach is fabulous, not crowded, and is on the non-driving part of the beach. There are restaurants, lounges, and grocery shopping a few blocks away. NSB has lots of reasonable and good restaurants.

Every thing you need and more!

This condo is spotless and updated. We loved the cheerful decor and clean comfort!
The owners have thought of everything you might possibly need for a great beach vacation with all the comforts of home. From the fluffy towels, "memory style" king size matress, well appointed kitchen and even beach carts and surf toys! The location is perfect, situated between the popular beach village with cute shops and restaurants to the north, and the pristine Canaveral National Seashore to the South. The grounds are spotless and very appealing, placed with in the woods, but just a short jaunt along a scenic walk to the beach. Bring the suntan lotion and swimsuit and enjoy!
