You will love your stay at this relaxing waterfront home. The newly renovated 2,100 sq.ft. house sleeps 13 and features a covered boat slip with an electric lift and a waterside dock with plenty of room for fishing. The house is conveniently located about 60 miles from Dallas and is only 35 miles from Canton and all First Monday activities. Local shopping and dining are only a few miles away. The 3 bedrooms have beds for 7 and 2 full baths while the main floor features a large living room with 3 couches that fold out to create 6 more bed spaces. Also on the main floor is the laundry room, full kitchen and dining room as well as a living room with a wood burning fireplace. There is a full bathroom on the main level as well. (No Steps) The back yard features a fishing dock, charcoal grill, a fire pit. The large yard is fully fenced in to provide extra piece of mind for free roaming children or animals. 3 Cable TVs, a stereo, DVD and VCR and movies are also provided.

AWESOME!!!! Family & Friend Getaway.

We had an awesome time celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. It was spacious enough to hold all of our family & friends to celebrate with us our 25 years of life together. Everyone had a wonderful time with the out door activites horseshoes, washers, swimming or just sitting and relaxing by the lake. It was great to be able to bring your boat & not worrying about having to put it back on the trail at night. It was nice to have the dock there to store your boat. The firework show was an added bonus. We hope to be back soon and be able to spend many more 4th of Julys at Cedar Creek Lake.

The house met our needs and was wonderful. Access to the lake was great as well. The backyard was wonderful for our dogs. We had a great time.

Great Family Getaway

This house is a perfect family getaway location. The owners have done a wonderful job renovating it. They provide all of the extra things to make a weekend stay the best. The fenced in yard is perfect for children and pets. The layout of the house is great for families. We have rented houses before and this is the best ever. Thanks for your paradise away from home. Will be back soon..

Immaculate, roomy lake house for weekend getaway

We stayed here with 6 other people and our two puppies and it was wonderful! The place had just been newly renovated (it says that in the description, but I didnt realize how much was done--it is very nice!!) and had plenty of space for my wife and I, another couple, and a family of four that came with us. We were never crowded and the huge dining area and spacious kitchen made it easy to prepare all the meals without stumbling over each other. The house is nestled back in a cove which makes it nice to float and swim without worrying about the waves that are out on the main area of the lake.

Overall it was a quiet, relaxing weekend on the lake for all of us and the dogs and we all loved it and would definitely go again!
