THIS IS A NO SMOKING CONDO.. NOT SUITED FOR CHILDREN, THE ELDERLY AND HANDICAP. SLEEPS 6 IF YOU ADD SOFA BED IN LIVING ROOM. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need, coffee, spices etc. Full size washer and dryer. 2 Bedrooms one with a Queen. 2nd bedroom has a trundel bed which pulls out to make 2 twins or pushed together to make another queen. Pull out sleeper sofa, queen size in living room that will sleep 2 additional people. Local telephone service, 42 ' Plasma TV with cable. High speed internet with cat 5 cable to connect your lap top. Garage parking for two small cars and street parking in front of unit. Quiet location within walking distance of many venues. Only a short distance to the Diamondbacks, Convention Center and Theaters. Grocery Store 1/4 mile away as well as easy access on and off the I-10 fwy. Sky Harbor International airport 6 mins. away. 15 mins to ASU.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $150 Cleaning fee for weekly and monthly rentals. $100.00 for weekends
  • A $250 Security deposit is required to secure your reservation. The security deposit will convert to a damage deposit upon arrival and cannot be used towards the rental fee. A signed contract must be received within 7 days of reservation. Half of the total rental fee must be paid 90 days before arrival. Balance of the rental fee must be paid in full 30 days before arrival. Payment in US Dollars & rental rates have all taxes and fee's figured in. Payment may be made by check, money order or major credit card, Visa, M/C or Discover. Paying with a corporate card, will have a 3% additional charge will added.
    The Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check-out following an inspection of the unit. Less any assessment for lost keys, damage or breakage beyond normal wear and tear, or missing items as determined by owner. Unit will be professionally cleaned prior to you arrival. No daily maid service.
  • Weekly rentals start on Monday's and end on Sundays.
    Weekend rates are for Friday and Saturday Stays.
