Our house offers a fireplace and a sauna, 3 WCs, 2 bathrooms, 6 showers/ toilet, 6 to 10 bedrooms, and a spacious kitchen-cum-living-room with satellite TV. The house has a beautiful view of the distance and its very quiet location right by a timber forest is absolutely unique. The house can be separated into 2 apartments. Suitable for groups from 10 to 35 persons.

Our house is located on a west-facing slope on the upper edge of Grafenried, 5 minutes' drive from Bodenmais in the municipality of Drachselsried. Next to the forest, it is hidden from view.
