This beautiful villa is situated near the culinary heart of Le Marche, Acqualagna. Well know as the capital of the truffles. From the villa you can enjoy the beautiful view which is particular for this Part of Italy. Surrounding the house there is a large garden with several terraces. The garden borders a nice clear river, where you have you private beach. Ideal for children who wants to play with water. there is also a private swimming pool in the garden. The house itself is a luxury, with lots of antique furniture. On the ground floor there is a large covered veranda (which can be closed in the wintertime) enormous living room, well equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. On the first floor there is an other living room with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. From two bedroom you have excess to the large roof terrace 80SQM. The position of the house is very central. The coast is only a 30 minutes drive, and the mountains, 15 minutes. 1 minute from the nearby village.
