This beautiful 3 level condo is located just one block off of Main Street & downtown Helen, next to Betty's Country Store. The 1st level is a King Studio Suite that can be rented as a single unit OR enjoyed with the other 2 levels of the condo. The King Studio Suite has a king log bed, TV, DVD, gas logs, kitchenette, bar height table with 2 chairs, bathroom with a shower & jetted tub and a screened deck with patio table and chairs. Also on the 1st level that is rented together with the 2nd and 3rd level is a bunk bed room with a full size on the bottom and twin on top. The 2nd level offers a full kitchen, half bath, dining room, living room and screened deck with hot tub and grill. The 3rd level consists of a second king bedroom with full bathroom as well as a third king bedroom with full bathroom. The condo offers the conveniences of home with a full kitchen, king size beds, grill, big TV's and stocked with DVD movies to watch, magazines & books to read and games to play!

Each bedroom has a ceiling light/fan, alarm clock, bedside lamp on nightstand, dresser, closet, and a 42' flat screen TV. There is a queen sleeper located on the second level in the sectional sofa. All 3 levels of the condo have separate temperature controls. There is an iron and ironing board located on the 1st and 3rd levels.

We just returned from a 2 night stay in Helen at this condo. It was absolutely perfect. The location is so close to everything that we could walk. We never even got in our car. The condo was spotless. The decor was so nice, we all just loved it. Kela was just as fantastic, she was so easy to deal with and made our stay perfect. We would highly recommend staying here and would definately return.

We had a blast! The place is very beautiful and very nicely decorated. It has the perfect location for walking to downtown Helen. The pictures do not do this place justice. We will be back next year hopefully for octoberfest again!

Perfect location and beautiful accommodations

This condo is beautiful - everything is so new, fresh and clean....the decor gives you that mountain lodge and log cabin feel, but with all the luxuries and modern conveniences you could possibly want for a relaxing vacation! The whole place is so roomy, the Hot tub and large flat-screen tv's are great, and everything about this condo is comfortable!
There is no better location as far as being able to walk to everything. The river is right around the corner, and you're right there off of Main Street for shopping, dining and entertainment. Plus Betty's Country Store is just across a side street, which is very convenient for anything you need to pick up while you're there.
The owner, Kela, is so friendly and great to work with....we will DEFINITELY be back!
