Additional information about rental rates

  • $500 security deposit is required to reserve a property and can be used to cover any damages.
    Security deposit, minus the cleaning/laundry fee, will be refunded within 5 business days after departure.
    Full rental payment is due at least 15 days prior to arrival.
    Check-in at 3 pm or later. Check out by 11 am. You may call ahead to see if early check-in is available
    Cancellation refunds (less 15% service fee) will only be provided if property is able to be re-rented for the term you had reserved.
    Refunds are not provided for early departures or due to inclement weather that results in recreational facilities (Comal River, Guadalupe River, Schlitterbahn, etc.) being unavailable for use.
    Please review additional policies regarding safety, parking, guest tags, etc., upon check-in.
