This unique property is one of the oldest on the island and overlooks the historic settlement of Governor's Harbour with a spectacular view of the ocean and Cupid's Cay. This one acre compound is located at the top of Buccaneer Hill, minutes walking distance from town and a five minute walk from the most beautiful beach on Eleuthera, French Leave. The Belmont House has two levels with two large bedrooms, a wrap around upper terrace and two quaint separate guest cottages. The home is tastefully decorated with modern interiors and top of the line furnishings, amenities and appliances. The modern airy peninsula kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher and Bosch oven). The house also features air conditioning, wireless internet, hi-fi stereo, cordless telephone, washer and dryer.
