Relax in this charming beach block house, just steps away from the boardwalk and one of Avalon's finest beaches and only 2 blocks from the center of town where you will find numerous shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors and miniature golf. This spacious and professionally decorated upside-down style house has a first floor porch with swing and second floor Oceanview deck with access from the Living Room and Dining Room; there is also a balcony outside of the beautifully appointed Master Bedroom. This comfortable house-by-the-sea includes all the amenities to make your vacation a fun-filled and memorable one!!

There is no better way to end an amazing day at the beach then with an outside shower and a quick walk to the Buccaneer for ice-cream. This house is WONDERFUL. It is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and conveniently located to EVERYTHING (beach, shopping, dining, park, boardwalk, etc...). Our family has created so many wonderful memories in this house, we can not imagine spending our shore vacation anywhere else!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We loved our stay at this house! It is very close to the beach, boardwalk, town and has everything you need to have a great vacation at the shore. The upstairs deck has a retractable awning - an excellent feature that allowed us to escape both the midday sun and the rain. We also appreciated the open floorplan upstairs that allowed our 16-month old and 12-month old toddlers plenty of room to roam - all we had to do was block off the top of the stairs with the baby gate. Overall I can't recommend this house highly enough...
