Just once block south of the Beverly Hills Hotel, smack in the middle of Beverly Hills' most exclusive neighborhood. Perfect for a couple looking for an elite address within a tranquil setting. When traveling with a child, request an extra bed. Bright, cheerful, but simple. A wall of six French doors look out over a half-acre garden, shaded by tall Eucalyptus trees and lush bougainvillia. For cocktails walk over to the Polo Lounge or enjoy swimming in the estate's salt water pool. Dine under the stars on your own private patio. Within walking distance to all shops and restaurants on Rodeo Drive. Studio includes a kitchen, laundry room and housekeeping services once per week.

  • Payment Procedure
  • For payment, Owner prefers wire transfers or checks. Rental is reserved when deposit of $200 is received. Thirty days prior to check-in, first half of rental payment is due. Upon arrival, remainder of the rent is due. $200 deposit converts to a damage deposit.
  • A $50 cleaning fee charged upon departure. Deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after departure, providing no damages occur. Any damages will reduce the damage deposit only by the value of individual item damaged.
