Im Herzen der autofreien Altstadt gelegen. Fünf Gehminuten zum sauberen Meer/Strand und zum malerischen Markt. Busbahnhof auch nur in fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr preiswerte Fahrten nach Monaco oder Cannes sind zu empfehlen. Nachteilig an der Lage der Wohnung ist einzig, dass nachts die Putzmannschaft in den Gassen lautstark sauber macht. Dafür weckt einem am Morgen der Duft frischer Brötchen.

Wunderbares Apartment in der Altstadt

Bei schoenstem Wetter im Oktober 09 hatten wir die gemuetliche und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Nizza gemietet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt. Die Einrichtung war nach unserem Geschmack.Die Infrastruktur stimmte,alle Laeden um die Ecke und der taegliche Markt nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Die Beschreibung des Weges vom Flughafen zur Haustuer,Wohnungstuer war perfekt. Schluessel wurden vertrauensvoll per Post zugeschickt.Nizza ist als Kunstmetropole sehr zu empfehlen. Chagall , Matisse , Modernes Museum ,Orte im Hinterland.Alles gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen.Ein Lokal koennen wir nicht empfehlen , da wir uns unsere Speisen selbst zubereitet haben.Baguette,Kaese,Wein ..... einfach wunderbar.Wir koennen die Wohnung gut weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nette kleine Wohnung für Leute, die rund um die Uhr mittendrin in Nizzas Altstadt sein wollen. Man braucht einfach nur den Haustürschlüssel zücken, während andere Urlauber sich wieder in ihre Busse oder Hotelburgen zurückbegeben müssen. Und wenn man sich nicht an 69 zu bewältigenden Treppenstufen und die typische Geräuschkulisse (die aber bei solch einer Wohnlage dazugehört) stört, ist ein Urlaub in dieser Wohnung einfach nur genial und für mich sicher auch wiederholenswert!

Traumhafte und mitten in der Altstadt

Wir hatten wunderschönes spätsommerliches Wetter und haben die direkte Nähe zum Strand genossen. Die Altstadt ist einfach herrlich, traumhafte kleine Restaurants und der Markt verführen zum schlemmen. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht, ist gemütlich, super sauber und hat ein erstklassiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Buchung ging flott, die Vermieter (ein junges Ehepaar) sind sehr nett und der Schlüssel kam mit der Post. Wir kommen nächsten Herbst garantiert wieder. Herzliche Grüße aus Wiesbaden
