Recently updated, serene and quiet rental in East Hampton Village. You will not find a more convenient location! You can walk to the train, jitney, and downtown. Your wonderful vacation rental is less than 2 miles from East Hampton Main Beach and Egypt Beach! You can bike to most beautiful beaches in the world in less than 5 minutes! You can play tennis, then jump into the heated pool for a quick swim. There is a small room downstairs that has a mattress and bedding. You can use it for an impromptu guest, or, stand up the mattress and use the area to storage (bikes, water skis, fishing rods, beach chairs, coolers, etc). There is additional storage in the laundry room, and under the stairs. Compare Prices Carefully. My rental does not have additional charges for landscaping, pool maintenance, garbage pickup, cleaning surcharge, etc.

The most convenient location in the Village of East Hampton, with serene privacy to get away from it all. Walk to train, jitney, downtown, and even the beach (1.9 miles)! Enjoy the heated pool, tennis courts, wireless internet, huge plasma TV in living room, large LCD TV in master bedroom, private stone patio, fireplace, and 2 bikes that come with the rental. The best beaches in the world are a bike ride away. There is golf, wine tastings at the nearby wineries, boating, fishing, incredible sunsets, museums, a movie theater in town, July 4th fireworks on the beach, world class shopping, antique shops, and the Tanger Outlets 45 minutes away. Without exception, all friends that visited fell in love with my place and the area. They didn't want to leave! After a long week at work, I feel my stress lifting as I open the door to my sanctuary from the world. This is a special place, in a quiet community. If your intention is a house full of people and loud parties, please don't inquire.
