Our Kineta is a secluded waterfront home, with its own private beach, with pristine clear water and a magnificent view of the Aegean . Built on one of many terraces of the old olive and orange tree grove that surround it has pathways through the terraces and a stairway which leads to the private beach.
The house is build in a traditional style, but with several modern elements, which make it very comfortable. It has a large bedroom and a smaller one and an enormous living room with high ceilings and antique marble floors, which extend to its over-sized verandas. It is air-conditioned and has a fireplace. Only 45 Minutes To Athens:
It may be secluded but there is plenty to do around it. Proastiakos starts at Athens International Airport and ends at Corinth and has a train station neaby. Kineta is 45 minutes form Athens , and less within an hour away from Athens airport by the new Attiki Odos superhighway. There are several great waterfront tavernas, and an old fishing village a couple, maybe three miles away, which offers anything and everything one needs for a comfortable stay. There are multiple grocery s to res, bakeries, banks, pharmacies, other small artisan stores, and of course the small Byzantine church of St Theodoroi . Car rental provides flexibility, but a local bus-stop is by our house and plenty of inexpensive cab services are available in the area, to take you to or from the house to the home to the village or any taverna or the Proastiakos Commuter rail station, 6-7 miles away from our home, which has regular service to and from Athens, and which then connects to Athens Metro Subway system.
