A penthouse forming part of a prestigious complex, set on the coast of the Red sea in the town of Ellat, Israel. The property enjoys magnificent sea views. Penthouse has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, range, microwave, toaster, dishwasher), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sunny balcony, the roof with jacuzzi bath tub and garden furniture. The penthouse is fully air-conditioned. There are 2 television sets with satellite. The complex has 24 hour security, a pool, spa, gym and underground parking. The airport is just a 10 minute drive, and their are ample shops in the vicinity of a 5-10 minute walk.
