My partner and I did a lot of research before selecting a rental condo for our West Hollywood vacation. The owner of this unit was extremely kind, answering many questions we posed before even booking.

When we finally arrived, we were thrilled to see that the unit was even nicer than the pictures indicated. It was extremely clean, very modern, and well-equipped. And with a view of the pool just outside our balcony, it made for the perfect getaway.

The condo is also in a very beautiful and safe community, and is in walking distance of great shopping.

When we return to the fabulous West Hollywood area, we won't have to search for a new rental unit - we will stay at the Waring Avenue condo again, without question.

Great Place!

We were very happy with our choice of this condominium for our 2 week stay in Los Angeles. The West Hollywood location was ideal and the neighborhood really lovely for walking. The unit is modern, clean and comfortable. We liked the added safety benefits of being on the second floor and being able to park our car in an indoor garage that is alarmed. With children having the use of a swimming pool, spa and two televisions was an added bonus. At the recommendation of the owner we frequented the Urth Caffe (sometimes walking, sometimes driving) for unbelievable Spanish Lattes and freshly squeezed juices. As people that do a lot of research prior to booking accomodation we recommend this West Hollywood Luxury Condominium.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location, within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. The owner was very accomadating and helpful during the length of our stay. The area is very safe and in my opinion one of the best in LA. The condo is also in a gated community so it is very safe.
The place is very clean and has everything that you may need, including a beach ball to play with in the good sized pool, which my daughter loved.
Unfortunately there was a few issue's with a neighbour although the owner resolved the problem quickly and efficiently.

Perfect Accommodations

This is the perfect condo if you're visiting West Hollywood. It's at the heart of great shopping, and walking distance to numerous amenities. It was very nicely finished, extremely clean, and the shared pool and hot tub were added bonuses. The only negative is that the washer and dryer are not in the actual unit, but they are right next door as a shared facility for the floor. The owner was very freindly and offered to be on call if we needed anything during our stay. We will definitely return - and not sooon enough!
