Beautiful San Francisco Victorian flat, located just 1/2 block to Noe Valley shops and restaurants and a 5-minute walk to Dolores Park. This flat features a large bedroom in the back with new king-size bed and antique-style furniture, living room with big screen TV, second bedroom in front with queen-size bed, nice kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Bathroom has a bathtub. Lots of period details throughout - high ceilings, softwood floors, wainscoting. Very transit friendly....Walk 1/2 block to catch Muni transit or 12-minute walk to 24th St and Mission BART station. (Once on the BART train, it is 5-min. to downtown SF). Very short walk to a variety of many nice restaurants and shops of Noe Valley's 24th St. Also walk to the Mission's Valencia Corridor shops and restaurants. 10-minute walk to the Castro. There is also a Saturday Farmers market (two-blocks from the flat), which features lots of fresh organic produce & live blue grass music. Kids love it.

WHY CHOOSE THIS RENTAL?: LOCATION: Excellent location, right in the heart of Noe Valley. Nice friendly and safe neighborhood with beautiful Victorians. Nice weather, sunny a lot with little fog. Lots of things to do.

VERY TRANSIT FRIENDLY: You can easily stay here without a car. BART: You can walk approximately 12 minutes to the BART station at 24th & Mission and take BART downtown and all over the Bay Area. BART only goes below ground. It is a light rail and is very fast. You can even take BART from the San Francisco Airport now. You would get off at the 24th & Mission Station and walk to the flat. MUNI: You can catch the Muni streetcar 1/2 block from the flat and take Muni all over the City. Muni is a little slower, but you don't have to walk that far from the flat to catch it. It goes above ground and below ground.

THINGS TO DO IN NOE VALLEY IF YOU HAVE KIDS: You can walk to Dolores Park. They have a large playground. You can walk to Douglas Park on the other side of Noe Valley. There is a small playground here that is fun for kids as well. There are two toy stores in Noe Valley, The Ark and Just for Fun. There is a really good chocolate store and also a place where kids can make there own pottery. Barneys Hamburgers is a great place to eat with kids. They have a nice outdoor patio out in front. It is on 24th St., right passed Castro St.

The rental agents offer a great apartment and are very welcoming and helpful. Everything was provided right down to the laundry soap making travelling lighter, cheaper, and easier. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming with an abundance of shops and eateries. I recommend Haystack's pizza if you're in the mood for great pie and service. Transportation is easily accessible. I highly recommned this rental unit and will be back in the future.
