This was the builder's model home and is furnished to a very high standard. This beautiful 4 bed 3 bath home comes with lots of upgrades such as its own extended pool deck and private heated pool and spa. With no rear neighbors, it has 2 master suites and 2 twin bedrooms. Home is in a gated community and close to the highway 27 and interstate 4 just 20 minutes from Disney Parks. Has a clubhouse with games and fitness room on site which also has wireless internet. 3 TV,s and DVD and CD player. Also close to Golf Courses in the area.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the property. The facilities were well kept, beautifully decorated with spacious living area, just as advertised. Everything was in place and in easy reach. It was truly a home away from home experience.

What a Magnificent Place

The house was spotless on our arrival and just as beautiful as the pictures showed it to be. All amenities of home were in place. At times didn't want to leave the house. Richard was there to answer all my questions regarding the pool and other questions that i had,he was very helpful. The house is 19 miles from Disney and only takes approx. 20 min to travel very easy to get in and out of. Very quiet subdivision. I will most definitely use the house again and have already recommended it to family members. This was my in-laws first trip to Florida and they could not stop talking about the house. Thanks so Much Richard for all your help.
