The Beach House is a peaceful and tranquil setting in the heart of Crescent Beach Village. Our home is on a quiet street with much privacy. The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with double garage boasts unparalleled views of Dunsmuir Gardens, a haven for bird and beaver enthusiasts (we see it all from our window!). The home was architecturally designed with nothing spared and the highest quality European craftsmanship. Solid wood windows and many outdoor spaces allow you to take in the spectacular view. The kitchen is massive with solid Maple cabinets and a restaurant quality gas range (it is HUGE), stainless steal appliances, and separate pantry. There is a stereo with iPod hook up and speakers built into the ceiling. The home is a dream for entertainers with a solid Maple table able to seat 14 people. There is a 20' x 20' cedar deck off the kitchen with high end BBQ, loungers for sunbathing, a patio dining set, and 4-5 person hot tub with an stunning view of the stars. Absolute Luxury!

Crescent Beach is a quaint village with flat roads (perfect for kids on bikes), walking trails around the beach, a great selection of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and Organic Bakeries, there is a playground around the corner from our home!
