That's what this renovated studio offers like no other, from its prized location right at the ocean's edge, looking out at the waves and the beach of San Juan's Condado district (we can send you a link to a video -- this is one of the only rental condos right on the water). We completed full renovations in June 2009 with a brand-new kitchen, new floor-to-ceiling windows, new furniture, fixtures, lighting, artwork and large closet. Perfect for couples, singles, friends or adults with young children, this condo sleeps up to three (or two adults and two children), with a full-size bed and a fold-out futon couch. Additional features include 24-hour security, cable TV and complimentary wireless Internet access -- as well as an uncrowded swimming pool. There is a 24-hour paid parking lot, as well as free street parking. And you'll be able to walk easily to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, casinos and the most popular areas of Condado Beach.

The condo is located in Condado, the upscale beachfront neighborhood in the heart of the San Juan metropolitan area. Within walking distance are shops, restaurants, nightlife, casinos and beaches. Just a few minutes away by car or bus is Old San Juan, the historic downtown that is lined with impressive colonial architecture, as well as the Bacardi plant, which offers great tours, and Plaza Las Américas, the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean. And it's an easy day trip to reach the beautiful rainforest called El Yunque, the lovely colonial city of Ponce, and other attractions.

My wife and I stayed here with our 4 year old daughter. I cannot begin to describe what a great experience it was. From the first contact to the receipt of the final deposit, Mark was on the money providing a very smooth and professional transaction. The condo was just as satisfying. The location was perfect and convenient. It was immaculate, secure, ellegant, and nicely decorated. I would highly recommendthis condo, and will definately be using this option for all my future vacations regardless of destination. Very affordable (cheaper than hotel) and saved even more by making breakfast daily. We never even saw the pool, as we walked to the beach almost every day there. Thanks again, Mark. Pleasure doing business with you. Will be recommending you to a friend we made while there.

I really enjoyed my stay and wouldnt have asked for a better place to stay. I had so much fun in Puerto Rico I did quite a few things such as horseback riding, jet skiing, and atv (4 wheeling)!!! The apartment was very comfortable, cozy, and beautiful!! Mark was great, anytime I had I question about anything he was right there on time, if it was through e-mail or phone!! WHAT MORE CAN I SAY....I had a blast and would recommend this apartment anyday!!! Thanks again Mark and the Crew!

The view alone was enough to make you hibernate!

I've never rented a condo before for a family vacation and was a little skeptical at first. However, this experience proved that this is the way to go! The condo was absolutely beautiful and definitely more than enough room for my husband and 2 kids. Immaculate and the amenities were perfect as the kitchen provided a "home feel" and saved us $ as we ate brkfst before we went out to enjoy the beautiful island. The location is perfect, as it's conveniently located near all types of restaurants, beaches, casinos, etc. The process in booking was totally professional until the very end! I recommend this beautiful condo 100% I am definitely going back!

We put a lot of effort into renovating the apartment and making it comfortable, and definitely the all-new kitchen can be a great convenience when traveling. We also are really lucky to have a wonderful on-site person to oversee keys, cleaning, arrival and checkout. We also provide suggestions and travel info for anyone who needs it, even before they arrive. We hope that the personalized service -- in addition to the location, views and decor -- helps to make for a very pleasant stay!

Great place and location!

This place was great. It is located around all the good places in Condado. The condo is located very close to many of the major roads running through and out of San Juan which helps for those who want to travel outside of San Juan. If you are looking to stay on the beach all week you will have a 5 min. walk to the main beach. Old San Juan is only a few min. away. There is a Chili's across the road and a Walgreen's is right up the street.
For those who rent a car be aware of parking. There is one street up the road from the condo where you can park for free, but it very hard to find anything there. You will probably have to park and pay. We found a place about a 3 min. walk up the road from the condo that is $6 a day. It was by far the cheapest one. This is not a problem for just this condo but all of them in the area. It is just good to be aware of that.
The condo is well protected. I felt safe and I trusted nothing would happen to my stuff while I was out. The view of the beach is amazing and you are so close that even when the door is shut you can hear the water. It has high-speed internet. The room itself does not have a washer and dryer but you have access to some on the 3rd and 5th floor of the building. The room is on the 4th.
This place is all that I needed for my trip to Puerto Rico. For the price and location versus other condos in this area I felt this place was a great deal.

Vacations at Condado

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Condado. The apartment has an excellent location, near the beach, restaurants, stores, historic places,etc. Has a beautiful ocean view. It's the right place to spend a really good time.
