Fully furnished condo located in luxurious LaSolana condominiums, a resort style community for adults 55 and older. LaSolana has a large outdoor pool and clubhouse with its own theater, computers, library, etc., and optional planned daily activities. The condo has a secure second floor location near a quiet elevator. Covered parking and an outside deck with table and chairs are included. This condo is immaculate, newly remodeled, with top quality furniture and appliances, including washer, dryer and refrigerator with ice maker. The MBR has a king bed and the den has a computer desk with a convertible full size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, appliances and a lovely glass table and 4 chairs. A separate dining area has a beautiful glass wicker table and 4 chairs for more formal dining.
