We would like to welcome you to our pension. It is quietly located on the outskirts of Dresden, approximately 1 km away from the Autobahn 4 Dresden-Altstadt to the B6, in a tranquil and beautiful place. One can travel in two directions from this spot - towards Dresden's center or to Meissen.

Waren vom 10. - 17.05.09 in der Podemusstraße/Dresden. Wir wurden freundlich Empfangen und die Wohnung war sauber. Betten waren sehr gut, nicht durchgelen. Sehr gute Verbindung nach Dresden ca. 20 min. Busfahrt. In der Nachbarschaft zwei Lokale, ca 1 min und 3 min. Für uns hat das Haus ein sehr gutes "Preisleistungsverhältniss".

Wir mieteten die FeWo; 2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, die Küche ist groß und es ist alles drin was man braucht, dass Bad ist das beste in der FeWo., super groß, die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber, bestens auch die Anbindung in die Stadt mit dem Bus, fährt Tag und Nacht. Ruhig , Kneipe daneben, ausreichende Parkplätze für Autos was will man mehr für den Preis. Die Vermieterin ist nett und zuvorkommend, wir reisten erst um 23.00 Uhr an.

Sauberkeit - ein Fremdwort!

Wir hatten im Rahmen von Städtereisen bereits des öfteren eine Ferienwohnung gebucht und sind bisher immer mehr oder weniger gut damit gefahren.

Die Wohnung der Pension Urban in der Pomedusstr. stellt jedoch alles bisher erlebte/gesehene in den Schatten.

Auch wenn die Wohnungsmiete günsitg war, so kann ich doch wohl Sauberkeit erwarten. Mehr dazu aber später.

Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmerwohnung im Dachgeschoss. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Wohnküche, sowie ebenfalls sehr großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Waschmaschine vorhanden.
In den beiden Schlafzimmern ist Schlafplatz für insgesamt 5 Personen. Eines der Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Sofa mit Glastisch und einem kleinen Flachbildfernseher.

In der Küche steht eine Eckbank mit ausreichend Sitzplatz für alle Bewohner. Desweiteren gibt es eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite steht eine Schrankwand mit Fernseher, der leider nicht an der Antenne angeschlossen ist.

Nun zur Sauberkeit: Bereits im Treppenhaus erwartet einen ein ausgesprochenes Chaos. Überall steht Müll und Unrat.

Im Flur der Ferienwohnung geht es weiter. Riesige Spinnenweben in den Ecken.
In der Küche war lediglich ein Abtrockentuch vorhanden und dieses war auch noch benutzt. Die Plastiktischdecke des Esstisches klebte und wurde schon lange nicht mehr gewischt. Besteck zum Teil verrostet.

Der Abschuss war aber das Badezimmer: "braune Spuren" in der Toilettenschüssel, 4 kleine Seifenreste am Waschbecken, offene Shamooflasche am Badewannenrand und Spuren des Shampoos daneben. Ich dachte meine Uttensilien im großen Spiegelschrank verstauen zu können. Der war aber leider schon besetzt mit klebrigen Medikamenten mit Ablaufdatum 1995 usw. usw. Ich könnte noch stundenlang weiter schreiben.

Nachdem ich das Finanzielle gerne gleich erledige, machte ich leider den Fehler (passiert mir sicher nieeee mehr!) den Mietpreis noch vor Besichtigung der Wohnung zu entrichten!

Ich kann allen Lesern nur raten die Finger von dieser Wohnung zu lassen!
