Overlooking the gorgeous Playa Rosada, in Rancho Santana, Tola, Nicaragua, Villa Espiral opens itself up to the outdoors in a unique shell form design. The folding doors open the living area and the bedrooms to outdoor views of trees, flowers, swimming pool and waves breaking out front on the point. Walk across the street and down the steps to the beach. Enjoy all the amenities of Rancho Santana (restaurant, bar, spa, etc.) or just hang out in the Villa Espiral pool and take in the spectacular scenery. Be there when the tide changes and you might surf Rosada to yourself, while the rest of your crew watches from the veranda or pool.

This is an architecturally great home in a wonderful location and community. Walk to two surf breaks, one of which you can watch from the infinity pool. The restaurant in Rancho Santana is good and within walking distance. There are two good restaurants within driving distance, Yolandas in Limon and Gaviota in Gigante. Be forwarned the roads are terrible from Rivas to the gate at Rancho Santana. Also buy food before you get there. There is a market there, but it is very small.
