2688 sq ft, Our three-bedroom, two-half bath home features one king-size beds and one queen-size bed, & two twin beds & sleeping sofa. Family room has HDTV with Direct TV. Our single family home comes fully furnished and equipped with everything that you can think of plus a whole lot more. The great room has television with Direct TV. 47 DVD, and High speed internet with 19 inch LCD monitor and sleeping sofa The backyard has an exclusive patio and beautiful patio furniture to enjoy the wonderful four seasons of the northwest & gas BBQ Our home is conveniently located central from Albuquerque. Easy access to I-40 & I-25. It is a 14-18 minute drive to Airport, Balloon Fiesta Park and the University of New Mexico. It is 10-18 minute drive to Rio Rancho and Intel. Enjoy our vacation home.

my friends and I spent 4 nights in this vacation house and we didnt want to leave at all!the house was perfect for a getaway..It was clean, spacious and well maintained. The owner was very helpful, and he made sure our need were met. I would definitely recommend this vacation house to whoever is planning for a trip to albuquerque. It was more than 5star.Im glad we had the opportunity to rent this house during the balloon festival.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Wonderful property. Has great access to the highways and a lovely view. Lots of living area and wonderful rooms. Master bedroom was very comfortable with lots of space. Kitchen was nice.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
