Park Place condo are the best kept secret at the Lake of the Ozarks. As you drive through the state park to get to the condo you will feel the stress of everyday life lifted from your shoulders. Watch out for deer, turkeys, and turtles crossing the road as you venture back to the complex. This condo is new to a rental program as of May 2009 and had previously been a home and was therefore well cared for. New paint and new furnishings will help you feel right at home. The condo is fully furnished. Master has jetted tub and double vanity. 2nd bath - tub/shower. The deck is screened in with amazing views of the Grand Glaize arm of the lake. This is the quiet arm and is great for boating, skiing, and fishing . The state park also offers many amenities such as horseback riding, hiking/biking/bird watching, etc. Park Place is 15 min from major attractions/shopping.. Come once, and it's guaranteed you'll want to come again.

Condo Extras: The screened deck extends the entire length of the condo and offers fantastic views of the lake. Enjoy a peaceful breakfast on the deck and breathtaking sunsets. Park Place is located between mile markers 5 and 6 on the Grand Glaize arm of the lake. Sliding glass doors offer the master bedroom access to the deck. The master has a private bath with jetted tub and a double vanity.. The second bedroom has private access to the second bath. Two boat slips are also available for an additional fee. There is ample boat and trailer parking on site also. This is a very quiet complex and is perfect for families and couples.. No smoking and no pets please. Come on down and see the best the Midwest has to offer.

Additional Info: The Lake of the Ozarks is one of the major get away areas of the Midwest. Known for it's boating, and family activities, there is something for everyone. Our condo,, nestled in the state park is secluded yet close to many.activities on and off the water. Waterfront restaurants, quiet coves for relaxing and/or fishing are nearby by water. On land, everything from golf, miniature golf, Bagnell Dam -sight seeing, outlet mall shopping, cinemas and go-cart racing, can be enjoyed. The State Park offers hiking, biking, horseback riding, bird watching and also has a public beach.

Perfect Getaway!

My family returned to the "Lake" after 22 years and we found the perfect place. The owners were always friendly and the perfect hosts! We arrived on Thurs. and were greeted by Irv and Ann. The condo could not have been more perfect!! They have thought of everything. There is a beautiful view off the screened in porch, perfect for grilling and chilling!!!! My husband and I had our coffee and read our books there every morning. The bedrooms all had flat screen TV's for the going to bed relaxation. It is decorated so cute and the kitchen is complete with everything you will ever need including glasses for those "foo foo" drinks! The master bath has a whirlpool for further relaxing! Ann has even put extras in the bathroom like washes and lotions in cases you forgot yours. Everything was immaculate and very homey! We even took advantage of the pool right outside the door. We will definitely be back to this condo in the future, hopefully near future!! Thanks again to Irv and Ann for making more of our great family memories!

Better than expected!

We recently spent a 5 day stint at this lovely condo overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks. It is set back in the State Park with a peaceful scenic drive. Very quiet and relaxing. The condo had full/updated amenities including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, grill and beautiful decor. The property management even provided a "movie night" for the kids. It was a great visit and we are definitely planning a trip back next year!

Great family vacation spot!

We stayed at this spot for a fun family reunion weekend. It was clean and well maintaned. We had plenty of room and had a great time. Would recommend this spot to anyone.

Great place to unwind for the weekend

We spent a weekend at this Park Place condo with our friends from Virginia. The condo was everything advertised, and more! The location was great...a very quiet spot back in the state park. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable for 2 couples. The view was great. Also, the owners were great to work with. We'll be going back again soon.
