It is low enough to hear the waves in Hart Bay, but high enough to have a 150 degree spectacular ocean view. Year round spectacular sunset viewing on the pool deck is one the many pleasures awaiting you. From the extremely spacious deck, the sun arcs across the Caribbean Sea giving you all day sun at the pool allowing a choice of sun or shade at any time of the day, with the view being magnificent from any spot. Three large coconut trees give privacy from the dead end road to the pool, so that you can be discreetly clothing optional. Notes: Ocean View: Blue Agave has a 150 degree ocean view. The view is of 4 bays in St. John. In the near distance you can see St. Thomas and in the far distance you can see St. Croix. Dazzling Sunsets from the pool deck and outdoor dining Gallery. Air Conditioning is located in all bedrooms. There is excellent reception for cell phones at the villa and at some beaches. Deck/Patio: 2000 feet of decks. The pool deck has seating for 14 with 2 dining tables, 4 side tables, 10 chairs, and 4 chaise lounges. Kid Friendly: No one is allowed on the pool wall! The large lot has fun places to run around in the gardens. There are games and movies for kids. Splashing in the pool is the highlight for kids. Outdoors, water, and sunshine are a formula for kid fun. From the extremely spacious deck, the sun arcs across the Caribbean Sea giving you all day sun at the pool allowing a choice of sun or shade at any time of the day, with the view being magnificent from any spot.

A Gem of a House

This is such a great place to stay. The house is situated above Chocolate Hole and the views were fantastic. It was just as shown on the website, very clean and well maintained. The house is also designed to accommodate larger families/friends yet it also perfect for just a couple. We tremendously enjoyed our stay at Blue Agave and would highly recommend it to others interested in staying on St. John.
Owner's Response: We are so delighted that all our guests have found that Blue Agave Villa has exceeded their expectations. Vacations are a special time with special people. What could be more perfect than a island in America's Paradise like St John?
