Located right off of Hollywood Blvd, this Nichols Canyon residence is a gorgeous, recently remodeled 2 plus bedroom home. The home is very private and secure with a driveway and pedestrian gate; alarm system It is approximately 2000 sq ft, with cathedral ceilings and 2 fireplaces. There are 3 full baths. The property is very private with an 8 foot block wall and Ficus perimeter hedge and has a large pool with spa and patio in the front yard. Gorgeous outdoor areas include a gas fire conversation pit and 2 water features. In the loft area there is a 50' Plasma TV with 6.1 Surround Sound System. Master, living and loft areas have their own separate sound system with built in speakers. Truly an entertainer's delight! The master suite is nearly 650 Sq. Ft. with a huge walk in closet and private deck which leads to the outdoor spa.
