Beautifully restored historic 3 bedroom/2 bath craftsman on a residential street with other historic homes. Steps to the sand. A short walk to Main Street shops, restaurants and Farmer's market. Wonderful cozy interior with much of the original charm and turn-of-the-century architectural details. Upgraded with modern amenities including flat-screen TV and Wifi. Wonderful front porch and sleeping porch for lounging and watching the sunsets. Original built-ins and cut glass. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout. New kitchen with stainless steel appliance and brazilian limestone counters. Laundry inside rear sun porch. Wood burning fireplace. Clawfoot tubs. Enclosed yard is a zen oasis with private deck for alfresco dining. Wisteria covered pagoda over limestone patio with fire-pit rising out of fountain with hammocks and lounging furniture.
